Camp Garnier was founded by the Club Optimiste Francophone de Durham ( COFD ), a not-for-profit organization which offers services in French to the French and Francophile children in the Durham Region. At Camp Garnier, located in Whitby a wide range of fun activities are organized with weekly themes. Activities available are of great quality and suitable for kids age 6 to 15 years old. Campers must be able to speak French to attend the camp program.
