CKRO-MF

CKRO-MF is the pioneer of a Canadian movement: It is the first Francophone community radio to go on air outside Quebec. CKRO-MF was born out of the desire of the Acadian population to have a communication tool in their own image.

This radio belongs to the community and the people of the community are part of the content. This is the mandate that Radio Peninsula Inc. has had since 1988.

The radio is interactive and the studios are accessible to the population. CKRO-MF is an important information center for the Acadian Peninsula community and elsewhere in the Atlantic.
