Black Creek Community Health Centre
Black Creek Community Health Centre, anchor within the York/North York community, celebrated 30 years of compassion and care. The non-profit organization offers health care services; clinical and community services are provided, free of charge, to the people of Toronto. Services such as family doctors; midwives; dieticians; kinesiologists; social workers; workshops on chronic diseases; personal support; and much more, are provided. the CSCBC's mission is to facilitate access to good physical, mental, social, economic and community health care services.
